Guys, you've got to fix the crashes. The game seems amazing, but it's not finished yet.

I tried a few quick solutions that I found through searching - some prolonged my play period by a bit, but no permanent solutions. That's enough time wasted for now, I'll check back after a major update or two.

Here's the Buffout, hopefully it helps. (I can't post links either.....) pastebin: Hx9DZNJr
Your post is too vague as to whether you're providing a link to Buffout itself or something from it (I guess you need a pastebin account to see what that code is?), but the latest version of FOLON as patched in August already comes with Buffout 4 included. I'm finding the game fairly stable - 3 crashes in a week or so of evenings' play - so that's only a bit worse than FO4 itself and impressive for a total conversion mod!

I made a clean manual install of FO4 (GOG off-line installers), and manually installed FOLON onto that, in a nearly vanilla setup (just 4 minor mods). So if you're suffering frequent crashes it could be you didn't make a clean install of the game and/or are using Galaxy, and/or say using some mod manager to profile it into the game instead of a clean install, or have some mod manager setting/quirk issue, or using some other added-in mod/enb or game tweak etc.

Hi all,
I wanted to share a few links here which helped me a lot,
the loading times improved and the game runs pretty stable now:

old.reddit.com/r/fallout4london/comments/1egx2hc/ultimate_solution_for_fast_loading_not_using_fast/

old.reddit.com/r/fallout4london/comments/1ej0p6o/i_got_rid_of_all_cdt_at_last/?rdt=52613

I also use "Rusty Face Fix" (nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/31028) and
"Fixed Facegen" (nexusmods.com/fallout4london/mods/490)
from the Fallout Nexus,
that's why I had to keep the facegen option in the "x-cell.ini" enabled.

Hope this helps
i would love to try the mod out .. been waiting a few months hoping they fix the crashing .. but seems im out of luck .. my game constantly crashes non stop .. i installed it through GOG because that was suppose to be so simple even an idiot could do ti ... apparently not .. cause my game crashes every 5 minutes .. I only have GOG version of fall out 4 game of year and the london mod .. still crashes every 5 mins :(

Edit to add - I specifically bought the game on GOG again just to play the fall out 4 london mod..
I do have fallout 4 on steam and some mods i think - haven't touched steam one in a while .. not sure if that has any thing to do with GOG version .. im not a smart person . .nor good at modding ..
