I started having this issue yesterday. (It's not a new thing for Fallout 4)

The game started to CTD everytime I tried to load a recent Exitsave or Quicksave. I'm on my second play though and I manually save before most plot changing descisions.

I opened \Username\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves and sorted the files by date then deleted all save files older then the last 2 dates I played the game on.

The ctd's on loading stopped.

Note: I didn't count the files but I'm quite sure it was far fewer then I can keep with regular Fallout 4 before this issue pops up.
