Installed Fallout London over a new install of Fallout 4 GOTY edition and has crashed 4 times in 30 minutes of play. Loading save would crash again after loading. Ticket machine in starting area says Inaccessible and have tickets on me. No clue how to get it to activate. Watched a walkthrough and did everything they did.

Obviously you did not. Ticket machine has to be touched at the slot area of the machine, not at the doors and not at the light.

Still crashing sounds more like you did not update yet.
