if you don't do the quest for nadia immediatly after receiving it, the quest bug.

i have done library quest before doing nadia quest, and the pointer to show where nadia is was not available anymore.

i have the quest, it say found nadia, but once found her by yourself, she just sell food, even if you have killed all hooligan near his campment, nothing happen, quest broken.
