Is it just me or is the Balisong knife slow when not in VATS. If I queue up attacks in VATS they fire off at machine gun speeds but, if that's not enough to kill an enemy and I'm dumped back out of VATS the attacks are about one every two seconds which seems way too slow by comparison. Any thoughts?
