According to the page, it says August 23, 2022. It's August 24th, so I'm guessing this is a misfire?

Probably tomorrow? Today they had a lot of announcements of upcoming games + new releases. Also if you check gogdb the build of the game is already on gog so maybe they didn't have time to prepare the offline installers? Who knows.
