Just got this game and realized that gold is the main limiting factor in the first "Fallen" Scenario and restarted with a "Town" build instead of Fort.
However, after reaching level 3, researching the "Produce Wealth" tech and selecting the bonus structure that gives a further 50% to "Produce wealth", I did not see any growth in my wealth per season, regardless of tax rates.
Restarted and tested...basically, none of the "Produce" worked.
Is it a scenario setting? Or a bug?
