I picked up the game and have been progressing through the game, but as I keep going through and finding new heroes I'm finding it a bit odd that I'm recruiting people who are level 5-10 who are coming with a class chosen, but don't have any traits (of which they should have many). Is this intended? Seems kind of odd to have a bunch of heroes with the skills of a level 1 hero in the army.
