When I try to leave the hospital after the big storm the screen turns black as soon as I try to open the door. I can still move as the sound still works, but I can't leave. Restarting the game does not tix this - please help

1.1.13 is supposed to fix a lot of soft locks like that. Nothing has been updated anywhere since July.
