...Does it play nicely with Windows 10? How are the controls? I know I could install it myself and check, just curious if anyone's played it recently and your thoughts on it. Thanks.

I know this was an older post, but I just recently finished the game for the first time. I bought the original physical copy but my computer couldn't handle it back then. Then I bought it on GOG but got frustrated with a QTE event and a stealth sequence in the early game.
The game worked flawlessly on Windows 10, but I had to play in 1024x768 resolution because it doesn't have higher res widescreen resolutions, but I can live with that. I played with keyboard and mouse, but I changed the control scheme to WASD and arrows since it defaults to arrows and Num Pad keys. This time around I didn't have any problems with any sequences, the game is a bit gracious if you miss one or two buttons during a QTE event. The scenes requiring holding a mouse button and moving the mouse in certain directions would probably work better on a controller, but I only have an old Gravis Gamepad. The first stealth scenes were a bit frustrating, but once I knew what to do it was easy enough to pass the other scenes. Other than that, I really enjoyed the game, and it makes me wish Quantic Dream would bring the rest of their titles to GOG.

Not too late for an answer. Thank you!
No problem!
Edit: Note to self, don't have to call them QTE events, it's like saying RPG game.
