All owners of the original will receive the Remastered version as a gift, and all who purchase the Remastered version will receive the original as a gift! No such thing as too much Fahrenheit and we want you to enjoy it however you prefer.[/i]

Well, since they are offering a free upgrade, I'm all in to accept it. But how do I redeem said upgrade? Remastered doesn't show up in my owned list and it's not in the extras for the original version.
Same here.
Same here too. When i am in my library click on Fahrenheit and then on store page i see the game but no "in your library" but i could buy it for 3 €.
They tell you it's free but don't feel the need to tell you how you can get it for free. They will also let you buy it even though they say it's free. Nice!

Yep bought by accident. They DO put a notice over the order but I didn't pay attention so it is kind of my fault...

I don't think it's your fault. They should refund your money.

I'm sure you can get a refund. GOG refund policies are pretty generous.
I'm facing this issue as well.
I was about to write customer support because I thought it was just me but I see it happened to everyone.
I guess it will get sorted out soon (I hope)
I just got an email saying 'My purchase of Fahrenheit remastered' was successful, stating it's cost me money. I assume this is just an oversight and it's the free gift but I've sent a ticket in as it's very misleading.
OH thank you - I got an "order complete" email and thought somebody had gotten into my account. Glad I'm not the only one.
ok, I thought I was compromised or something as I got a "thank you for your purchase" email - was about to contact customer support as well

It's the same for me, and I also assume the "charge" is virtual and it was done this way by some mistake.

Same here. It shows that I "bought" the Remastered for $10.35 which was immidiately very suspicious, as this is the first I've heard of this free upgrade, and I don't ever buy in dollars (I live in EU).

I changed my password just in case, but now it seems this is just for the free Remastered version anyways.

Very misleading, they just cause a lot of people to be alarmed by this.
So you guys didn't contact customer support or do anything, but they just sent you purchase emails and added it to your library?

Yeah, I immediately changed my password too. Had me very stressed for a bit.

To be fair, it was a bad password so overall for the best.
