Everytime I'm aproaching the runway, when I release gear, I hear "clear to land" message and game hangs. It happens only on Adlib selected. Without sound is ok, but who'd like to fly without sound?
My sound config is Realtek HD Audio on W7. Did anyone expirienced that? Any solution?

Same thing here. I'm using the 473.03 patch as well.

I've not experienced any crashes, but I'm lucky enough to the pre-patched version, which importantly, did not remove the identify-the-aircraft portion of the game.

I don't imagine the dosbox config file changed between versions, but in case it did, here is my audio related values in dosboxF117.conf:
