Hi guys, I wanted to use xbox360 gamepad with expendable, but something is broken with gamepad support in this game. If you connect one, game will slow down to unplayable levels (9-15 fps).
Well this is my solution for this problem.
1. First you need to download one free program called xpadder (on win7 you need to install it with windows vista compatibility mode). Xpadder will allow you to map kayboard buttons and mouse to your xbox controller.
2. Unplug your gamepad (or bluetooth device) from USB and start the game. This way "expendable" will not load bugged controller drivers and there will be no slowdowns.
3. When game loads up just press ALT + TAB.
4. Now connect your gamepad again and run XPADDER, In XPADDER configuration map kaybord and mouse controls to your gamepad buttons.
For example map "A,W,S,D" to left thumbstick, and "mouse" to right thumbstick. To do that just click thumbstick configuration in XPADDER (image with little "screwdriver") and click map to "mouse".
5. Now press ALT + TAB again and enjoy this game without any slowdowns :).
