Does anyone know what these actually do?

Apparently they're supposed to increase the stats of all affected characters (ie everyone in your party after a camp if you get well fed and/or well rested), and apparently they're supposed to last 16 hours or so (going by one of the tool tips); however nothing is displayed in the character detail pages, and I haven't noticed any changes during combat either.

While the feedback from fatigued and hungry is also lacking, at least those two lower a number of stats. Well rested and well fed on the other hand don't appear to change anything as far as I can tell.

I'm assuming these are currently bugged and not triggering?
How do you get those anyway? I assume "Well fed" has something to with the Cooking skill but how does a unit become "well rested"?

Edit: OK I just went to camp and it said all 11 of my hirdsmen have been well rested... I don't think it necessarily means anything beyond "They got enough sleep to negate fatigue status".... So I don't think there is supposed to be a well rested bonus. It didn't say anything about them being well fed, just that everyone has eaten which what I think it always says. however, I know the cooking skill supposedly gives a temporary bonus and I always have Eydis cook for a shift, but I don't recall ever actually seeing a cooking bonus.

If you mouse over the "shelter quality" field on the camping screen, the tooltip says something about the shelter quality affecting the chances of your hird getting "well rested" - but you're right in that it doesn't appear to be indicating a status as such. Which makes me wonder what it actually does?

Since as long as everyone sleeps for at least two shifts (do they even need to be consecutive?) their fatigue is guaranteed gone (if they were fatigued), and I assume their stamina points are reset to maximum, so not sure what it's supposed to be for.

Maybe it was intended that if you DON'T get well rested, then they don't get all of their stamina points back - they're no longer fatigued, but not necessarily at full endurance? That would make some sense.

I'm kind of disappointed that camping is so trivial this time around - in Conquistadors it was often a real challenge to guard the camp and get enough food, especially if someone gets injured. Here you're pretty much guaranteed to get as much food as you need with no effort, it's easy to get guarding up to 95% no matter what the camp "security" level is, and you're never in danger of running out of meds either. The only thing that's a pain to get is hides for some reason since even scrap is plentiful.
