where can I find the location to the quest The Medallion??? I know it's north west. somewhere.... please advise.

Not sure what this quest is you are refering to. But I found a medallion in an abandoned spanish camp in the jungle just northeast of the city full of sick people that owes tribute in food to the Aztecs.

I think he's talking about the Medallionquest at Hispanola.

Follow the Road towards the mountains until you reach the Mine.
Check the Vales North and Northeast of the Mine, at one you will see a pile of corpses, theses are the remains
of the missing wife's unit. If you search it you should find the medallion.
