Hi,

I had Windows version 1.4.5 of the game. I downloaded 2.2.1 Universal Update from GOG site and tried to install it. I received the message that I need to download and install new installer first. I did it, downloaded 2.2.0 Installer and ran it. When I launched the game I again saw 1.4.5 version number in the main menu (for some reason I expected 2.2.0). After that I ran patch and after that got 1.5.0 version number in the main menu (2.2.1 was expected).

Why this mess with numbers exist?

Also where I can see changes came with the patch?

Thanks

1.4.5 and 1.5.0 are versions of the game while 2.2.0 and 2.2.1 are version of GOG installers. They don't match and it's the case with every game here. Yeah, it's confusing.

The changelog for the most recent patch is sticked to the top of the forum, just like this one:
http://www.gog.com/forum/expeditions_conquistador/expeditions_conquistador_150_patch_pc_and_installer_mac_available

If you want to see older changes you have to find older announcements. It's usually Judas who makes them but not always. Search for a topic started by a blue person and you should be fine.
Thanks
