Make my character, choose my party, and upon the game trying to load into the map it crashes.
This is from the error log,

1)Tried lowering graphics all the way.
2)Tried installing the 2 directX files suggested in the FAQ's.
3)Tried running the game as administrator.
4)Tried installing to my C drive instead of D.
5)Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times including deleting the games folder out of my games.
6)Tried the adjusting memory usage trick posted in the forum here somewhere, I do have 8GB though so should not be a problem.

I did actually get into the game map on the very first game load but upon trying to move my character that is when the game crashed and ever since have not been able to even get the map to load.

Attached the latest error log and crash dump in case there are any Devs still lurking around here that can take a look.
I know the access violation error is a generic error but hopefully the crash dump has some useful info to helping get the game up and running.
Rename the attached .jpg to .rar. or .zip

Try to delete config.ini file from Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Expeditions Conquistador.

Tried that as per #5 above. Thanks for the suggestion though, any others let me know as I am not getting any further with the problem.
Even further tried uninstalling the game and and reinstalling just from a straight download as I was trying to use GOG galaxy before to install and thought maybe that program being in early stages may be causing a problem but that was not the case.
I'll give this post another couple days and then head over to the official forums or website and see if there is any help over there.

I have solved this problem.
I have a program called EVGA Precision for monitoring and adjusting my graphics card and it seems the program was corrupted somehow and was causing the crashing. The program seemed to be running fine as it worked in other games, just certain games it caused problems in.
Reinstalled EVGA Precision and can now play the game.

Good to hear you got it to work. Also, in some cases Geforce Experience (I'm guessing you have nVIDIA GPU) can also cause problems in certain games, if you have it installed. Just so you know. ;)

Yea I never install Geforce experience, do the custom driver install, tried Geforce experience once a year or so ago and did not like it. As you said it messed up more games then it helped by changing the settings of game to things I did not want.
I also do not install any of the "HD" audio driver or 3D crap they also want to blindly install with the graphics driver.
