Hi, I am now in act 2 Africa and found I am missing unlocked customizations from act 1 - even one that is currently active is grayed out and cannot be used. It looks like the profile the game is using isn't correctly save/loading.

This seems to be a constant problem with the GOG version and Twitch drops, I can't even use customization options that I have already unlocked through the default game and it is so annoying!

Same here, very frustrating!

Sounds like it's THQ Nordic issue:

"We tried several times to reproduce this issue on the latest STEAM version and we were not able to.
Maybe in a newer GOG version will be fixed."

As stated here:

"Maybe [,,,] will be fixed" is less than GOG players expect or deserve.
If a developer/publisher sells a game with a feature that only works on Steam, then they should charge less on GOG or provide a Steam key as well.

If they can't be bothered to hunt down the bug for GOG users, a better solution imo would be a GOG only DLC that unlocks all the cosmetic options.

They did the same with the Twitch drop bug, where the drops are forgotten once the user exits the game.
It was specifically said "on GOG", and they could not reproduce it on Steam...

I re-submitted the bug and it has never been addressed. Thankfully it's not a big issue.

I'm missing unlocked customization items too, unrelated to those drops. Hopefully today's hotfix solves the problem, but it seems GOG is slower than ever to release it.

Judging by the attached link to the bug report, looks like devs have decided to do something about that issue.

For information, I had reported two bugs related to the unlocked customizations,
- one for quest-unlocked items, like trophies, my specific problem was Raia's Gift for example,
- one for the Twitch drops that are forgotten once the game is shut down (happens in GOG only).

I recently had a feedback on both of them, saying they were able to reproduce each problem and that a fix was on the way. :-)

The last hotfix was still not released by GOG though. So if there is a fix, one can pray it makes it to this platform.

Well Duh, have you tried cRaCKinG Gog's DRM-free version?

Seriously, I'm revisiting Rome and replaced steam_api64.dll with Goldberg's... the unlocks work now*.

Workaround for whomever it may serve.

1) Download Universal Unreal Engine 4 Unlocker and follow instructions to enable console commands: https://framedsc.com/GeneralGuides/universal_ue4_consoleunlocker.htm

2) Open console (by default '~' key)

3) Type or copy-paste the following command:
UnlockAllUnlockableCustomizations

4) Press Enter
