I've had a lot of trouble getting this game to properly handle dual-mon. If I don't disable one of the monitors beforehand my desktop switches to mirrored - which is a cool effect, but considering I have asymmetric monitors, it looks kinda stupid.

Any ideas? The game only runs fullscreen. Switching to Windowed mode may help but there doesn't seem to be one.
