Simple question - i would like to know all games.

Clearly Zelda (main hero looks similar to Link), but screenshots also show battle screen typical for older Final Fantasy games and equipment screen typical for hack and slash games.

I'm hoping for EarthBound reference, like a companion looking similar to Ness and/or battle screen with scrolling meters.

The default name for the main character is "Klink", and your partner "Kaeris", an obvious parody of Link (LoZ) and Aeris (FF7). If you examine all the bookshelves and dressers you will find more references, but the only one I remember at the moment is "S. Miyamoto" (Shigeru Miyamoto, creator of Mario, Zelda, etc.). One of the enemies resemble Goombas and are called "Zoombas". There is also a "Choboco" enemy that looks almost exactly like a Chocobo. Those are all the specific ones I can recall at the moment. I'm sure there are more, but I haven't gone through the entire game yet. And yes, an EarthBound reference would be nice.
(Don't read if you want to discover for yourself.)

You also have references to Skyrim, PS1 games' loading times, Diablo series and Dragon Ball.
Most of references stays Zelda and FF Series.
There were a few to minecraft.
(spoilers)
The final boss takes place in The Mana Tree which made me think of this song

There is a reference to Unreal Tournament after you unlock multi-kills.
Chuck Norris is actually referenced in one of the books from the bookshelves in the first village. Something like "How to Kill in One Hit" or something like that...
Also the second (?) dungeon is called Noria mines, a likely reference to LotR even if it's not a game. And some piranha plant enemies in addition to the zoombas.

The Piranha Plant enemies are called Pakkuns, which is actually close to their Japanese name (Pakkun Flowers).

Also on the Noria Mines, the boss of the dungeon does get off Gandalf's "YOU SHALL NOT PASS" line, so chalk that one up as well.

Others not yet mentioned:

* The merchant in the tent (late in the game) claims to be a descendant of "Dorenko," which is a reference to Torneko of Dragon Quest IV fame.

* The name of the final boss, Zephyros, is an obvious takeoff on "Sephiroth." The final battle itself evokes memories of the Ganon fight at the end of Ocarina of Time.

* The card game "Double Twin" is a simplified version of Final Fantasy VIII's Triple Triad.

* Be sure to read all the descriptions of the items you find in the Diablo-style cavern. References abound.
Legend of Zelda;
Final Fantasy (Multiple);
Diablo;
Mario Bros;
Dragon Quest;
Dragonball;
Lord of the Rings;
Unreal Tournament;
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Beat 10 of those Turtle enemies;

And probable several more I missed ;-)

The soldier you're first sent to ask for the bombs is named Garen, who states he's from the Demacia Army - he's a character from League of Legends... who doesn't use bombs, and is far more well-known for a spin attack... And I'm fairly certain the correct tense would be Demacian army...

Not entirely sure where they were going with this one, all in all, but a reference is a reference. :P
The turtle enemy is named Atun, which is a reference to Great A'Tuin from the Diskworld series.
along with early Final Fantasy- the turn based rpg portions and overland map evoke a lot of the Lufia games for the Super Nintendo
The engineer named Sid also was a not particularly subtle Final Fantasy reference. :)
I can also add:
Bomberman
Hearthstone ?? (the "Game of Cards" game)
Chrono Trigger ?? (the time travel)
Puzzle Quest (The match-3 mini game)
Pong
Snake
Pac-Man
Space Invaders
Vertical Shmups (Taoplan, Cave, ...)
Street Fighter IV
