It says I have all achievements but if I look at the steam achievements I am still missing some.

Have you checked the percentage on the GOG website (not GOG Galaxy)? For me, it shows 98%. I'm still looking for the missing one. According to the achievement list, there should be one in Evoland 2 which requires talking to a lady dressed in white and blue next to the inn in the future. Unfortunately, talking to her doesn't trigger anything.

I just got 100%, that achievment is for Evoland 2 and not the Legendary edition. Here is the Legendary edition list.
