Hi all,

We have put up new installers for Evoland that update the game to its latest version. Keep in mind that the version numbers differ only because the Mac version had a hotfix that is not required by the Windows version :)

Changelog:

v1.1.2491:
- hot bugfix on OSX : several 3D parts of the game sometimes showing black screen

v1.1.2490:
- overall performances improvements
- optimized monster path finding in hack n slash level
- streaming of some big levels
- upgraded to FP 11.6/AIR 3.8
- optimized light assignement to reduce shader updates in hack level
- changed algorithm for point lights in hack level (use normals + multiply)
- better looking hero ambient lighting in hack level
- use WinXP dinput8.dll (should prevent some pad.exe crashes on XP)
- allow heal during bombs quest
- heal hero when kaeris leave in aogai
- allow talking to merchant while airship is near
- fix airship recovery in sacred grove
- fix hero-in-a-rock when going back to start level
- few typos

Forgive me ,to ask but you ain't capable to push differents build number (internal) for WIn & Mac ?

Because :

a / the shevles flagged the game (Windows) as updated (not the notification system o.O)
b / the downloader doesn't care about that :P ; since the installer have a different build version / hash
c / that's not very a good idea to do this , especially for new users.

lastly ; yes i read your post properly :)
I totally forgot I had this game. :P

As for the rest, I suggest, again, writing to Support regarding technical issues :)

no i won't writting to the support , i did it already today, with one ticket long with my arm, and to fuffill all i had done it took me a very long time. So telling me writting to the support each time, sorry , no.

i'm not the only one making a lots suggestions from MONTHS and we don't see any improvements, it's WORSE

Anyone tried it on Wine? previous version was not booting at all.

Not yet but the problem with the previous version is that the 3D acceleration fails. If you install a browser and Flash plugin into Wine and use them to disable acceleration, the game will be sluggish but fits a loose definition of playable.
Any chance on getting Steam keys added for this who purchased her on GOG? (I like back ups... hehe)
