Where do you put the World Domination Starter Kit game files? And do you extract the files out of compression?

If I remember correctly, you open the evil_genius_bonusCD.zip and run WorldDominationStarterPack.exe, then click Install (or simply run setup.exe). Click through the installation (it should automatically detect your game folder) and you're done.
