I made the mistake of placing the hotel far away from the main base. While that kept tourists far away and happy, the valets got bored and eventually left due to low loyalty. Now I'm out of valets entirely and I need them to do Acts of Infamy. I'm not rapidly against cheating--I'd rather cheat than force an earlier reload, but is there another way?
