Once we get the perk for tractor beam to pull multiple items at once - we gotta _hold_ F button for it to work.

I propose: once this perk is learned, make short-press of F button to pull multiple items by default (and hold-F - to pull single item). I.e., reverse how it is now.

Because:

- often it's inconvinient to keep one's mouse over an item for the time required to long-press F to pull multiple items;

- usually we want to pull multiple items once we have this perk, and we want it happen ASAP.
