Hello Devs.

Have a report to make.
Whenever I engage in long battles, usually against many opponents or an Outlaw Destroyer, the battle goes on, and eventually we reach the edge of the area. It becomes impossible to keep the battle on then, because of the constant cutscenes of the player turning around.
On these cases, I have to turn back to the center of the area, and somehow lure the enemy back into it.
In missions where we need to protect ships from attackers, this doesn't work. They keep fighting outside the game area,and we can't follow.

The AI needs a routine to force enemies to fly back into the center, or closest "safe" spot. As well as other NPCs.
I confirm - this is an issue.

Further, sometimes, a capital ship like a Destroyer gets "out of bounds" so much that it is impossible to approach it enough for player to actually deal damage to it - IF player's weapons short-ranged.

This is particularly a problem for any ship which goes with the typical "shield stripping longer-range weapon plus high-DPS kinetic damage, but short-ranged weapon" combo.

This is a known issue. We already did some adjustments so this issue should happen less frequently. I will attach your feedback to our internal discussion as a note that we are not quiet there.

EDIT: Just one thing (for the records). Could you confirm that you are playing on the most recent version which would be v0.5.18385. Thanks.

In my case, it's not the most recent version yet - the latest one hotfix is not installed (for concerns i voiced in another topic). My version is 0.5.18292, and i keep waiting till any sort of next minor or major patch to further update.
