The GoG version is currently fully updated [1.2.40068 Hotfix 2], the only things missing are some cosmetical goodies.

As of today, even the cosmetical goodies, known as "Supporter Pack" are now available on GoG with the introduction of the new, to be released, "Titans update" and game version [1.2.42289].
