Fins_FinsT: How fast can one go inside some (any) location, just for the sport, in the game?

This question made me and Kizaw to grind gear and repeatedly beat each other's top speed records before April update. That friendly little competition produced my pre-April top speed record of 8186 (presumaly) km/h - as indicated inside the cockpit.

To have a quick idea how fast that is, note that ship "cruise" mode, one activated by holding F - has the ship going at merely 2500 km/h, which is 3+ times slower. And that "cuirse" is supposed to be "getting somewhere fast" mode. Ha! :D

Now, with level cap increased from 14 to 15, and various changes to how stats roll on varies modules, even a bit higher speed is possible. So, now i made new record, which is 8357 km/h (equals ~2.32 km/s). To see it, check 1:17 mark in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d7ztzJqv-J4&t=72 .

Basics about it: this is done with a striker with the passive for +30% boost speed when under missile lock, and proper kinds of prefixed superior level 15 gear. Which requires substantial grind to replicate.

So, if someone manages to beat this - please show me. Quite curious if it's possible to go even faster!
