I have begun experiencing frequent crashes when recovering the wrecks of my previous runs. Something in the inventory items causes the game to crash to desktop immediately when interacting with one of the items. In one case it was an antimissile system, with my current run it's something else but unable to determine what.

Seems to be caused by consumables and devices mostly.
