I just bought Everspace and the expansion, and started the game. But while the game detects the controller (the tutorial shows the game buttons and the mouse pointer disappears when I use it) nothing happens when I push the buttons or use the sticks. Not in the menus or the game itself. It's really strange. Nothing like this have ever happened before.

I am using a program that tricks the computer to think my PS3 controller is a XBox controller but I have never had any problems with that before on any game and I play all games with controller since I really hate to play with mouse+keyboard.

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Edit: This is awkward. Should have tried unplugging the controller and plugging it in again. :P Seams to work now. Maybe this post will help anybody else who gets the same problem. :D

Edit 2: Or not. Suddenly stopped working again while I was editing this and wont work again.

Edit 3. Restarting the PC seems to have solved the problem.
