On the store page the game is listed as having achievements but having installed it to Galaxy, there are none.

I don't use Galaxy, but with the offline installers the achievements are located in game using the TAB button - it takes you to a menu for map, clothes, etc., including Achievements.

The achievements are now active on Galaxy.
