Can't find Aster's skill Neo Femme Fatality. I am near the end of Chapter 6, and gamefaqs.gamespot.com's walkthrough says it is dropped in a random Ch. 6 battle.
The same walkthrough specifies that skill to be used in the Ch. 6 battle in Bride's Tower, so I assume that it should have been found before that battle.
I have been running around Central for a couple of hours, triggering all the world battles I find. Still no Neo Femme Fatality. If I don't find it soon, I will enter the Bride's Tower anyway, but I would feel more comfortable going into it with that skill equipped.
Any suggestions?

Heh I'm almost done with chapter 6, and I finally found Neo Femme Fatality... after I'm done with the missions that the walkthrough recommended to use that skill LOL
