Hi,

the manual tells about a green arrow when you select a troop with a left click and right click into a neighbouring prvince. I however get a red line from the troop to the location where I right clicked and the troop displays a walking animation, but does not move, The manual says, it takes up to 3 months until movement is done, but nothing happens in my game even after several years.

I am playing the tutorial, created some infantry, now how can I move these guys?

I haven't played EU1, but in EU3, the arrow is red if you lead the army into an enemy province.

Are you moving them to a foreign province? If you try to move them in a foreign country and you aren't at war with that country, it's possible the troops movement is blocked.

Also in FTG and EU3 when you hover the mouse cursor on the troops, it tells you when they are expected to arrive. It's possible EU1 doesn't have this level of UI polish, though.
