I know you can edit EU I,II. I just don't know how. I want to create a scenario or total conversion of either that limits the game to a European map. Is there a way to do so? Can you extend terra incognita to encompass more provinces.? Could someone direct me to files of said nature that have 'alive' links?

The inspiration comes from the original board game which is mostly Europe with an additional portion of the east coast of north america. Also, my desire stems from nations being able to survive annexation by having colonies in far flung "nooks and crannies" of the globe.
