and moves it to quarantine. Anyone else seeing this? Could this file be infected?

Norton doesn't complain - except saying the file is new (no surprise).

Flag it as a false positive and report it to GOG, so they can be informed of the issue.

Far more important than reporting it to GOG is reporting it to VIRPRE -- it is their AV that is at fault here, and they need to update their software and/or databases.
