Can I use this for anything or should I just drop the items?

As far as i remember - they just junk, like a hordes of items in game. You can find cups, dishes, wine bottles and similar stuff. Alcohol can be drinked or, rarely sold, some items also can be sold in some rare places, but most just takes space with no use.
