I'm trying to play Book I on Windows 11. I click "Play" in GOG Galaxy, get the launch menu asking me to select the graphics type etc., and then click "START" and... nothing happens. It doesn't seem to matter what options I pick.

Is there a workaround for this or is this just unplayable until it gets updated?

I had the same problem and found in the steam forum that if you run in compatibility mode as WIndows 98/ME it works. It worked for me. You might give it a try.
