If asked to send us a log:
Log files are generated automatically when you play the game and can help us greatly in tracking down specific issues. If asked to send us a log, you can locate the log file here:
PC: <game install directory>/EtG_Data/output_log.txt
Mac: ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log
Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/Dodge Roll/Enter the Gungeon/Player.log
And you can send them to bugreports@dodgeroll.com. Please note that each time you launch the game, this log file is reset, so if you encounter an issue please copy this file while the game is running or after you've closed the game, but before you launch the game again. Thanks for the info!

If you run across a bug, you can report it on these forums or email us directly ad bugreports@dodgeroll.com. We've also set up a Google form for submitting simple bugs:
