I recently unlocked the Unity ring and the Shelleton Key (Great hall and woodsie lord respectively), but didn't unlock the achievements that they are linked to.

This is making me wonder if my chandelier/mine cart kill achievements are also bugged since I feel like I've gone well over 100 for each at this point.
