I was trying to play over tcp/ip with my friend.
I went to options -> multiplayer and there is only "NO SERVICE PROVIDER" under connection options... My friend can select tcp/ip but I cannot.

Can you help me please?

The only difference between our systems is that I am using windows 7 and he is using windows 10

Solved, it came to my mind that you have to turn off the win98 compatibility mode, then it works
