The game seems to run fine on my 3-yr-old laptop, with regard to framerate, but boy does it run HOT. I have my Nvidia Control Panel set to limit to 30fps, because I don't play twitch games, and it keeps my laptop from maxing out the fans and blowing gobs of hot air on my legs. Newer demanding games run cool at ~75 C (Gears Tactics, XCOM) but I can't seem to resolve the problem with Endzone with temps pushing 90 C.

Anyone else having similiar issues, or have a solution? I'm hoping this is a function of early access, and there's an optimization pass coming to deal with the problem. For now, I'm hesitant to play due to the excessive stress it seems to be putting on my machine.

We are still workin on optimization and will most likely do so forever, just to make sure, the game runs smoother with every patch. We have observed that sometimes people can run the game without issues on lower hardware and people with really good hardware seem to encounter high temperatures and a low frame rate. There is still more to come from us for sure :)
