Endless Space 2 fails on starting a 'Load Game'. When about 75% loaded, it suddenly stops loading and displays the following:
A serious error has occurred.
The game has failed to start. If this issue occurs again,
please go to the Games2Gether forum to report a bug.
Include your Diagnostics files if possible (a guide is
available on the forum).
O Look for information, fixes, and ideas on Games2Gether
O OK
End Message.
This is a new problem, and seems to have started after updating the game. I hadn't played the game for eight days, and I'm sure I updated the game between then and when I tried to play again.
I'm using the GOG Galaxy platform server on a
Windows 10 (64 bit) PC.

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

Installed on 8/3/2020
OS build 19045.4170
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19054.1000.0
I am trying to load Save Game 'Vaulters' (turn 140).
Reading the Diagnostic File shows several Warnings or Errors:
There are several warnings "WWW error: 502 Bad Gateway", and several references to "steamID":"191103036891298050","gamecode":"392110","sessionID":"807bb369ed3348f7aec5e7c9f10150b2"

19:42:57:866GameplaySTACK423 ShipDesigns have not been disposed before ShipDesignRepository.Release().
Again, I'm using the Gog Galaxy client, and purchased the game from GOG. Although I do have a few games purchased from Steam, Endless Space 2 is not one of them.
I have not tried starting a new game (yet), so don't know what will happen.
A little help would be appreciated.
