I downloaded & installed the High DPI addon. Should it be showing in the game under Plugins? Because that seems empty to me. I'm on a 32" 4k monitor with Freesync. It's a budget monitor for what it is, but I'd still think it qualifies as a "high DPI" one.

If it is in the "Plugins" folder, it should show in the menu. I cannot say where the folder is, Linux and Windows and Mac OS have their own different folder paths.
