How to install without installing Skyrim and Galaxy?

It's a mod for Skyrim. You can't install and run a mod(ification) for Skyrim, without Skyrim.

The Total Conversion Enderal can be installed entirely without installing either Skyrim or Galaxy, just download the Offline install files here: https://www.gog.com/en/account. Enderal, whether it's here or on Steam has a modified Skyrim included in the package.

tldr: it's a standalone package, you only need to own Skyrim on the same platform.

That is what i read also; OWN Skyrim, which I do.

So, how do I do the install with out installing Skyrim? Serious question, not trolling here.

Just download Enderal from your games library and install from the offline installers. No need for either Skyrim or Galaxy to be installed.

Not sure if this is obvious or not but you do need to own Skyrim on GOG though, if you own it on another store then you can't install the GOG version and you'll have to download it from where you actually purchased Skyrim. Hope this helps.

Skyrim Special Edition needs to be owned on GOG but it does not have to be installed to run the mod


I downloaded the offline installers it on my Windows 10 computer, but installed it on my Windows 7 computer (my gaming computer) and it works fine with no Skyrim installed. I even installed a few QoL nexus mods w/o any issues. I'll make another thread for mods in a day or two.

Hope that helps anyone that is still confused.

P.S. I imagine it's the same for Galaxy also. I think you basically just need ownership of Skyrim SE on GOG in order to purchase at the checkout page. I already owned Skyrim, so probably someone who doesnt can confirm.
