I only see the subtitles and hear the narrator. But the intro doesn't show.

I attached a print screen.

Hello, are you the same person who wrote us an email?
If so, good that you solved.
If you are not (and this is valid also for others), unfortunately on some Mac machines which aren't very performant, your problem might happen.
We suggest to lower resolution and try again and see if something improves.

My resolution is already on low. It is 2015 mac. Already too old?

The one on "low" could be the quality, but we suggest trying to lower the screen resolution, for instance to 1280x720. Unfortunately for some reasons is a problem related with Mac only and video cut-scenes only. But most of the users fixed by simply lowering resolution.
