Do not run Enclave in OpenGL mode. It will fix the broken torch light, but the game WILL crash when you try to load lv2 and there isn't anything you can do about it.

UNTIL NOW!

STEP 1:
Open environment.cfg and make sure that the first line says:
VID_RENDER=Direct3D8

STEP 2:
Download: WINED3D FOR WINDOWS

STEP 3:
ONLY copy these two files from the Wined3d zip file into the Enclave folder:
d3d8.dll
wined3d.dll

STEP 4:
Load the game. You should immediately notice that the intro videos are unreasonably slow.
We can fix this.
4A) With the game still "running," open the Task Manager, right click on Enclave then click Details
4B) Right Click on Enclave.exe and choose Set Affinity
4C) Check "ALL PROCESSORS" so all of your cores are being used
NOTE: You may have to do this every time you launch the game.
You can now Alt+Tab back to the game.

Congratulations.
Instead of looking like THAT
Enclave should now look like THIS
And it won't crash when trying to play level 2.

Don't forget to set your mouse polling rate to 125 or less if you have weird mouse input issues.

I got a bit of stuttering with this fix, but this one fixed the healing potions. Thank you so much
