The German gaming site DLH is giving away Steam keys for Enclave with each new account created. (500,000 in total)
[Edit: Not certain if this is still active. Something seems to be wrong with the signup page right now, although others have reported still receiving keys when signing in with FaceBook]
Note that you'll be asked to validate your email before receiving a key. (If you can't find the emails, check to see if they were delivered to your spam folder)
