Hi. This would be cool to reset a character skill and feats. Since i have no idea what to choose when levelling my character and not sure of my choices...

it isn't a big deal many people start games over after playing a while and learning the ropes better. I did the same thing, started over twice actually. First time just learning the ropes and following bad internet advice on character builds and such.

After learning some i started and played with LONER perk, then realized the game wasn't hard as it was and taking LONER was just vast overkill in experience that i didn't need since enemies often level up more to match you. A level 20 player with a level 10 weapon is about the same as a level 30 player with a level 10 weapon.

Loner wasn't needed and make the game more boring than needed, so restarted a 3rd time just playing normal. Basically was the same as a LONER game except i could have companions if i wanted, and was 10 levels lower which really didn't mean much except less perks that really i didn't need in the first place.
