The Kickstarter FAQ says this:
"We will ship Encased with English, Russian, German and French languages."

Thanks to TomTrustworthy for replay, he is absolutely right. Right now we focus on early access, and a full list of languages will be available on main release.

During the initial character creation screen, the bonuses are described/labelled in Russian. (????)
