When checking the official site for the game, I see that there are several updates, until May 2022. In the patch notes I can only see the update from September 7th, 2021. The game version is 1.3.1517.1645
Do I have all the updates, or am I missing the latest ones?

The EGS version is 1.3.1517.1645 and the public branch of the Steam version, according to SteamDb, was updated on 2022/05/06 which was the date the last 'Patch 3 Hotfix 2' was released. That's version 1.3.1517.1645 as well.
